Uccelletta | Monferace is our most visionary project—a tribute to the past with a view to the future. Since 1989, we've vinified Grignolino following ancient traditions, allowing the wine to evolve slowly in cask and bottle, with patience that only those who understand the art of winemaking can appreciate.

What makes it so revolutionary?
We were among the few who believed in the extraordinary potential of "historic" Grignolino, a grape that few would have dared to elevate to such heights. Today, this project is proof that courage and vision can transform the impossible into reality.

The vintages for tasting:

• 2017: one of the best in the last twenty years in Piedmont, this vintage delivers a wine of great character, strength, and exceptional longevity.
• 2016: A fortunate vintage, where Grignolino expresses perfect elegance and balance, an example of refinement and harmony.
• 2015: A historic vintage, the first under the Monferace name. This bottle is not just wine but a symbol of a project that has celebrated historic Grignolino for almost a decade. A true collector's gem, produced in one of the warmest years of the last 60.
